Wanting to destress and become comfortable with the body she had, Maggie Fike started yoga in 2013 and immediately fell in love. Trying all different styles she eventually found her home in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. Being drawn to proper alignment and form, Maggie constructs classes that are challenging and gives modifications so everyone can feel the benefit of each asana. Maggie received her 200 Hour Certification in 2018, and is passionate about sharing with others what yoga has taught her. Through yoga and mindfulness, Maggie believes we can dive deeply inward and become one with our innermost self, in return changing the world we live in.
