Terms and Conditions
Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with free Standard Service. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Due to the large number of items we deal with, processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate shipping source, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the transit time from the warehouse to your shipping address.
Cancellation of Order
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that your order is sent to the warehouse as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once the order is processed, it may not be possible to stop the shipment.
Studio PickUp
Exchange / Returns Policy
Unless otherwise noted, defective non-digital items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange for another product. Items must be returned in like-new condition in original packaging. Please contact us in advance by phone or email to receive a return merchandize authorization.
If the return is a result of our error or a product defect, we pay the return shipping cost if you contact us in advance by phone or email.
Shipping Terms
Unless otherwise requested, all domestic shipments will be sent via UPS Ground Service. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select, 3 Day and 3-5 Day Ground shipping (UPS are available during checkout
International orders are only shipped via the US Postal Service. Please contact us for a rate.
Gift Certificate Purchases
Gift Certificates may be redeemed for onlYoga Store purchases and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sales tax will not be charged when the Gift Certificate is purchased. Purchases for Gift Certificates may be purchased only in whole dollar increments or designated amounts. Gift Certificates may not be used to purchase other Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Electronic Downloads
All sales are final. Purchase and download of digital merchandize, such as mp3s, is considered final and these items cannot be retuned for a refund.
Prices
The onlYoga Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the Product plus any applicable sales tax. onlYoga reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at the onlYoga Store at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

All sales on the onlYoga Store are governed by Georgia law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Risk of loss and title for all electronically delivered purchases pass to the purchaser in Georgia upon electronic transmission to the recipient.
No onlYoga employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the onlYoga Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
