These small classes (Limited to 4-6 Students) utilize a soft, fabric, yoga inversion swing that is used to relieve compressed joints and to bring greater alignment to the spine. Every class will explore a series of postures meant to elicit a sense of weightlessness while forming new relationships with gravity. These classes are small, 4 students, and require preregistration. The classes will be offered on Saturday 12:45-1:45 PM in series of 4.
