onlYoga quickly became my home after my first class there over a decade ago. i took a job working with my teacher as a way to learn and deepen my involvement with the community. when he retired in 2016, i couldn’t bear the thought of our sweet community ending, so i took over.

onlYoga is so much more than a career to me. it is my heart and soul. i try to create a warm, welcoming space for students of all levels. a place for you to not only learn and practice yoga philosophy, but a place for you to find connection with others who are on the same path. a place where you can take relief from the outside world, one class at a time.

in my classes, i want you to learn about your body, to accept it as it is and challenge yourself from a place of curiosity. i want you to laugh and to have fun as you become stronger and build your confidence, and to practice skills on the mat that you can take off the mat and into your real life.

i hope you learn that you are so much more than a physical body with thoughts. i hope you improve your life, your physicality, and your connection to something bigger.

i want to create safe space for you to be vulnerable, to believe in yourself regardless of outcome, and to use yoga as the transformational tool that it is.

i want you to know that you are so much more than you think you are.

to manage my own life and the deep feelings that come with life’s experiences, i’ve been practicing and studying yoga philosophy for 20 years.
