Start here. This series introduces the foundations of yoga and helps you build confidence by learning common yoga postures and the modifications you may need for your body.
Beyond the poses, we’ll discuss the 8 limbs of yoga and the main breathwork to practice daily for clarity and stress relief.
We encourage questions in all of our classes but this class is especially built for it!
